Dave Mann Chopperfest Motorcycle Show & Event, Motorcycles, Motorcycle Art, Motorcycle Show The Shop Ventura California. Trikes & Bike Builders, Exhibits, Food & Fun. The 6th Annual David Mann Chopperfest will be Sunday, December 13th 2009 at the Ventura County Fairgrounds in Ventura, CA. From 8am – 3pm. General Admission is $10, kids 12 and under are free, and military with ID is $5. The event will feature a very special David Mann art exhibit with some of David’s original art on display, presented by Ron Siegel Fine Art.
